Refund policy

We take great care in packing and sending you the items in perfect condition, but there is a possibility that items can be damaged during its journey from our store to your delivery address.

Returns are only accepted if all the conditions set out below are met:

  • The item is damaged when you receive it,
  • You take photos or videos of the items at the time of opening the package. There should be a timestamp on the photo or video matching delivery date.
  • You contact us within 7 days after receiving the damaged items.
  • You ship the items back to us in its original package with a 'return to sender' (contact us if you need our return address). If not in its original package, you ship the items back to us bearing the cost of packaging and shipping by yourself. 

Upon receipt of the damaged items, we will review and refund your money.

Note: If you placed an order by mistake or changed your mind after placing the order, you can cancel your purchase and get refunded only if you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. 

'Mistaken Order' or 'Change of Mind' will not be allowed once the items are shipped out.
